Steve Cooper, owner of Keno’s restaurant and lounge in Anaheim Hills, had a real problem: How do you renovate two aging, ugly, 70’s style bathrooms without closing his very busy restaurant? Shutting down the restrooms during the restaurant’s super busy weekends was not something Steve wanted to contemplate. Conventional products, with complete demolition of the old tile and dry wall, could not be done in time.
