After the success of Mimi’s restaurant chain, Thomas Simms and his son Chris decided that upscale casual would define their next venture. The Lazy Dog Café - fine dining in an atmosphere created by large wood beams, country rubble stone, subtle lighting and warm deep copper 12” x 24” tiles. Behind the large front door the high ceiling entry is where you first see the copper porcelain stone tiles supplied by SpecCeramics. The tiles are used throughout the richly appointed eatery, in the large booths, bar area and rear entry.
