This 20 plus year old building is a testament to the longevity of porcelain tile. The tiles used on the project are no longer available, but SpecCeramics has two updated porcelain series Costellazioni and Wild Land, that replicate the look of the very attractive yet cost effective facade of this Irvine land mark. The walls of the 4 story building combine light gauge metal framing with a traditional scratch and brown plaster base coat and the beauty of the porcelain tile finish.
